I meet a lot of really terrific people in my business. My life is filled to bursting every single day because of that. I am grateful. So, it finally occurred to me that I could introduce some of them to you here, at Thia’s Place, because you might find them valuable as well.
So starting today, I am going to post periodic shout-outs about some very special people. I think this is a great way to let the Internet do what it does best–get us all connected in meaningful and relevant ways!
Sometimes I am especially humbled or just plain blown away by new acquaintances. This week I have really enjoyed a connection that started through my Twitter and Facebook networks, with a woman who has a wonderful Life Coaching practice–Tomar Levine. I am so impressed with Tomar as a person, as well as a gifted and caring practitioner, that I wanted to give her a shout-out here, and provide you with a link to learn more about her and what she offers.
Going through midlife change of any ilk–career, relationship, retirement, or just-plain-life–is a multi-dimensional thing. That is, there are lots of layers and moving parts. If you are in that place, you know what I mean. Tomar could be an important resource to help you sort through the personal and interior aspects of change and transition.
Since I specialize in helping people take steps toward resolving income-gaps, creating better work-life balance, and making smart entrepreneurial moves at midlife and beyond, I am always glad to have trusted others to whom I can also make referrals for dealing with personal change and transition.
She is a fellow Expert Author on Ezinearticles.com. Here is an example of some of her recent work that I really liked. Enjoy–and if you found this introduction helpful, please comment below, share it, bookmark it, ReTweet it, and spread the good word.
Be amazed and amazing today–and everyday!

Hi Jonathan,
Thanks for the note. I am so sorry to hear about what you are going through. I was a “GE kid,” so have a deep respect and longstanding affection for electrical engineers. (not to get mushy about it…)
Interestingly–and maybe not coincidentally–a growing number of my entrepreneurial colleagues are engineers by profession, who found themselves drawn to the Internet at a time of job transition. What they say is that they really like the freedom of working from home.
If your openness to any and all career opportunities is stretchy enough to include learning about the rapidly growing home-based Internet business movement, I’d be glad to point you toward some resources and additional information.
Even if not, let’s keep in touch. I’d love to know more about you, your family, etc. You can email me directly at Thia@ThiasPlace.com, or call me (toll free) at 877-417-2431.
Wishing you all good things,
Thia
I am an out of work electrical engineer/project manager looking for full-time work anywhere in the US.
Any help is deeply appreciated.
