Reflections on Attraction Marketing, Learning From Leaders, and The Power of Leverage

There were so many special and amazing things about Carbon Copy PRO’s 4th Master Marketing Event in Las Vegas, on November 19, 2009, that it is hard to know where to begin. ONE of the most special things to me personally, though, is that my daughter Kaija and I are in this business together. That means that we shared this event–as well as some time to play together and hang out in the glitz and glam of Las Vegas (something we don’t typically do together! ;-) ) What a blast!

In addition to the fun and buzz of a big, high energy event, is the more grounded knowledge and satisfaction that comes from sharing something as solid and sustaining as a profitable business venture with one of the people I love most in the world. The great thing, is that I didn’t have to go “chasing family and friends”–like so many network marketers are trained to do–for Kaija to jump on board. Rather, as soon as she learned more about what I was doing, the opportunity became clear to her all on her own, and she was all over it! That is the power of attraction marketing–and it doesn’t depend on having a prior relationship with a person. In fact, it is designed to work by attracting people (from among millions online) who are purposefully seeking the very opportunity (or product or service) that you–or I–have to offer. No more chasing family and friends to persuade them to buy, sign up, or join. WHAT A RELIEF FOR EVERYONE!

As I have built my business from scratch over the last several months, I have become a lot savvier about sorting out and differentiating smart ways to leverage success from those things that waste time and money. The result is that I am getting bigger (and bigger!) ROI from less and less effort! With that kind of starting momentum, the sky is truly the limit!
